Pure Development arose out of a deeply felt desire to share knowledge and experience about what it takes to create an atmosphere of psychological security as a leader. An atmosphere where trust, respect, openness and honesty abound between employees.

Pure Development tilbyder skræddersyet lærings- og udviklings produkter, der kan være med til at styrke den psykologisk tryghed mellem dig som leder og dit team af medarbejdere. About me: I live in Vejle, Bredballe. Is mother to Simon aged 17 and Frederik aged 10. For the past 7 years I have been hiking alone on the army road and distances on the Camino de Santiago. Since 2013, I have built up a meditation practice by attending courses, retreats and meditating daily.
